Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

Immediate delivery and your right to cancel

Consumers in the UK and EU normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. That right does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded, once you have given express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel.

You give that consent by ticking the confirmation box before checkout. We record it with your purchase. If you would rather keep your cancellation right, do not tick the box and do not complete the purchase — email us instead and we will arrange a different route.

When we will refund you

• The files are corrupt, incomplete, or will not open, and we cannot fix it.
• The template is materially different from what the product page described.
• You were charged more than once for the same template.
• You bought the wrong template and have not yet downloaded it.

When we will not

• You have downloaded the files and simply changed your mind.
• You lack the technical knowledge to use the template — the requirements are listed on every product page before you buy.
• You want it to do something it never claimed to do. Ask us before buying and we will tell you honestly.

How to ask

Email hello@benix.studio within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two working days, and approved refunds return to your original payment method within five to ten working days.

Faulty files

If something is broken we would rather fix it than refund you — but that is your choice, not ours. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in respect of digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.

Pricing and tax

Prices are shown excluding tax. Any VAT or sales tax required by your location is calculated and added at checkout, and appears on your receipt.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country.
