Template Licence

What you may do

• Use the template on unlimited personal and commercial projects, including work you deliver to your own clients.
• Modify, extend, and combine the template with your own work.
• Charge your clients for work built on the template.
• Keep using it indefinitely — the licence does not expire, even though the download link does.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the template itself, modified or not.
• Publish it to a template marketplace, repository, or file-sharing service.
• Use it to create a competing template, theme, or starter-kit product.
• Share your download link — it is tied to your purchase and rate-limited.

One purchase, one licence holder

A purchase licenses one individual or one company. If your agency needs the template across several legal entities, buy a licence for each, or contact us for a team arrangement.

Third-party assets

Templates may reference fonts, photographs, icons, or libraries licensed from third parties. Where an asset cannot be redistributed it is replaced with a placeholder and named in the template's documentation; obtaining a licence for any commercial asset you substitute in is your responsibility.

Support and updates

Templates are sold as-is. Where we publish an update within your 30-day download window you can take it at no cost. We are happy to answer questions about a template, but configuring it for your project is consulting work rather than support.

Warranty and liability

Templates are provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We warrant that a template matches its description on the day of purchase; if it does not, the refund policy applies. Subject to the limits that cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for a template is capped at what you paid for it.

Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
