Courses ran on an off-the-shelf LMS that fought them at every turn. Assessment types they needed did not exist, certification records lived in a separate spreadsheet, and completion rates sat under 50% with no data explaining where learners dropped out.

A purpose-built platform with the assessment formats their accreditation requires, certification issued automatically on completion, and instrumentation on every lesson so drop-off is visible while a cohort is still running.
